What are the size and shape limitations?
Our machines are 24” wide. If your design is more than 24” in height and width we suggest the option of tiling the design/text. There are no shape limitations. If you have created a vector file of your design we can cut it. We are continually updating our equipment, products, and services.

What size is the font on the sign?
Think of your text in terms of width. The letter height works too but changing the letter height by an inch drastically changes the width. A quick and easy way to visualize the size of your sign is to put tape on the wall horizontally in the desired width of what you want.

Can you mount vinyl to materials other than drywall?
One of the ways we maintain such low prices is that we don’t stock a bunch of materials in-house. We work exclusively with vinyl. If you want it mounted to a banner, aluminum, corrugated plastic, art board, Plexiglas, or glass just let us know and we’ll either mount it for you or help you source the desired material so you can mount it yourself.

What colors do you have available?
The colors we stock are constantly changing. Some colors you can always count on us having are black, white, grey, red, blue, green, and yellow. Some colors are only available in a 14” roll so it’s good to inquire prior to making your order. We’re constantly updating our inventory so if you want a color that’s not on this list just ask. We may have it, and if we don’t, we may be able to order it.

Will the vinyl product look exactly like the design displayed on my monitor?
The machinery used to create your vinyl cuts the exact vector that is in your file. It will look exactly as it does on the monitor. There are sometimes exceptions for fonts that have been taken off the Internet or designs that have been vectorized using “Live Trace.” As well, due to varying monitor calibrations color matching isn’t always exact.

How durable are the vinyl signs?
We use only the highest quality Cast vinyl in our sign making. Cast vinyl is a more durable product that is ideal for outdoor applications or storefront windows that need to last up to 9 years. When installed properly this product is also ideal for indoor use in galleries because it doesn’t curl.
